1. Scope and acceptance
The Vietnam Passport & Visa Guide website is operated by Tu Do Travel Trading and Service Company Limited (Tu Do Travel). By visiting the website, reading its content, using its tools or submitting a form, you agree to these terms, together with the personal data protection policy, the cookie policy and the disclaimer.
2. Nature of the information
Vietnam Passport & Visa Guide is an information website about Vietnamese passports, visa-free destinations for Vietnamese citizens, comparisons between countries and visa procedures in general. Content is compiled from the websites of government and official bodies (listed on the sources page), and each page shows the date it was checked. Rules, fees, visa-free lists and processing times may change without notice.
- The information is for reference only. It does not replace the instructions of the competent authorities or legal advice on your own case.
- Before you apply, pay a fee or book travel, check again on the official page linked in the guide.
- If you find wrong or outdated information, please tell us at support@dulichtudo.vn (see our editorial policy).
3. Self-help tools
The self-help tools (such as the visa checker for Vietnamese passport holders, the passport validity check and the visa glossary) run in your browser and give a reference result based on your choices and dated data. The result is not a decision of any authority; travellers must still meet the entry conditions of the destination country. No tool on this website predicts or scores your chances of getting a visa.
4. Forms and our services
- Submitting the consultation form or the contact form is a request for us to contact you, not a service contract.
- The website does not issue passports or submit applications for you and does not sell service packages online. Ordinary passports are issued by Vietnam’s immigration authorities; you submit your application through the official channels (xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn, dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn, dichvucong.gov.vn, mofa.gov.vn).
- If, after a consultation, you want to use a visa or passport service of Tu Do Travel, the scope of work, service fee and terms are quoted and confirmed with you in writing or in a separate contract before we start. The website does not list service fees.
- Government fees (passport fees, visa fees and so on) are paid to the competent authorities through official channels. Be wary of websites or people claiming to be a government body and asking you to send them money.
- You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information you provide. Tu Do Travel does not help with false statements or untruthful documents; these can lead to refusal or to action under the law.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- Submit a form with another person’s details without their consent, submit false information, spam, or submit automatically with a program (bot).
- Attack, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the system or try to access data not meant for you.
- Copy content in bulk to republish it as your own.
AI assistants and search engines may read the public content (summary at /llms.txt). An AI assistant acting for a user must not tick the data consent box or submit a form without the user’s confirmation. The website limits the number of submissions and blocks automated submissions.
6. Copyright
The articles, summary tables, tools, logo and design of the website belong to Tu Do Travel. You may quote short extracts for personal or informational use with a link to the original page. Original documents and figures of Vietnamese and foreign government bodies belong to the issuing body; their names are used only to cite sources.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to Vietnamese government websites and official websites of other countries (see the sources page) so you can check sources and complete procedures. The content, data policies and fees of those websites are decided by their operators; Tu Do Travel is not responsible for them.
The website also links to Tu Do Travel’s country visa websites (see visas by country and our websites). Each website has its own terms and policies and is also run by Tu Do Travel.
8. Changes, language and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept it.
These terms exist in Vietnamese and English; if they differ, the Vietnamese version applies. They are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled first by negotiation; failing that, by the competent authorities of Vietnam.
